Built by a researcher who has spent his career developing assessments.
Dr. Todd Hall is a psychologist, a professor at Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University, and a faculty affiliate of Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program. He founded Spiritual Metrics, whose assessments have been used by more than 100 colleges and organizations. He also co-founded Flourishing Metrics, which worked with Global 1000 companies and was later acquired by Gloo. For more than three decades, he has developed and validated commercial and research assessments taken by more than 200,000 people. Alidade brings that expertise into one platform, so coaches, leaders, and schools can use it too.
